Experience

With over a decade of experience in the field, I bring a strong ethical foundation and a deep commitment to your safety and well-being throughout our work together. As an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, I’ve supported individuals across a range of settings, including private practice, prisons, domestic abuse charities, and family support services. I have extensive experience working with issues such as anger, shame, impulsive behaviour, relationships, and domestic abuse, though my support is not limited to these areas.

I believe that the most important aspect of choosing the right therapist is how you feel in the therapeutic relationship, which is why I offer an initial phone or video chat to explore whether we’re a good fit to work together.
