Experience
With over a decade of experience in counselling and therapeutic work, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where your wellbeing is always the priority. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and work in line with a strong ethical framework to ensure you feel respected, heard, and supported throughout our work together.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people in a range of settings, including private practice, prisons, domestic abuse charities, and family support services. This has given me experience working with a wide variety of difficulties, including anger, shame, impulsive behaviour, relationship challenges, and domestic abuse. However, my approach is not limited to these areas — I welcome whatever you feel you need to bring.
I believe that the most important part of counselling is the relationship between us. Feeling comfortable, safe, and understood is key to meaningful work together. Because of this, I offer an initial phone or video conversation so we can talk through what you’re looking for and see whether we feel like a good fit.
